We understand that switching from energy management system can sometimes be seen as a challenge, but with our expertise and dedication we make this process smooth and hassle-free for you and your organization. Our starting point is that we want to relieve our customers of this as much as possible.
It is possible to easily create multiple meters yourself via an Excel file using the bulk import function.
We can also take care of the entire migration of your portfolio free of charge. For this we only need the login and password of your current energy management system. We ensure that everything is transferred completely automatically and without errors.
We always recommend that you request your own accounts from the various metering companies. This way you can log in to the metering company yourself to view your portfolio. To link the data flow for all your meters, we need the login details of all the metering companies.
It is also easier during the migration. If you have your own account, we can link it to our platform. This way we do not have to ask the metering company to link the existing meters to a new account, whereby we have to send the authorizations again.
If you don't have your own account, you can request one from the metering company. They can create one for you very quickly.
When linking meters to metering companies, we automatically retrieve as much history as possible. On the frequently asked questions page you can see per metering company how much history they make available.
If you want, we can also transfer the historical measurement data from the old energy management system to MeterInsight. This is always necessary for EDSN's small consumption meters, because they can only have a maximum history of 10 days available.
You can easily add users to our platform. For each user you can indicate which rights this user has and which objects the user has access to. Our team is always ready to assist you and answer any questions you may have during this process.
We can also migrate all users from your old energy management system. Depending on the technical capabilities of that system, we can also take over all associated roles and rights. We already have experience with this.
Now that everything from the old energy management system has been transferred to MeterInsight, you can run both systems in parallel to test whether everything is working properly. It is important for you to carefully check whether everything has been transferred as desired before the old system is discontinued. We do not charge any costs during this acceptance period.
